Company History

Chassis Alignment is a family run business with a wealth of experience.

The company is now limited consisting of 3 Directors, our founder (Ted Pearce) started in the business In 1951, working mostly mobile in London and the home counties, but also traveling as far as Scotland, Wales and Lincolnshire.

In 1974 Ted moved to Wakefield York's to operate the 'Bee Line Equipment' for Ford & Slater, in 1983 he moved back south carrying out mobile repairs. David joined him in 1985 when he left school and in 1992 we installed the 'Josam Bed' at Wisbech. Tim joined the company in the same year and now we operate both a mobile unit and the Josam Bed.

With the addition of the Josam Straightening System into our business in 1992 it gave the company more scope in straightening chassis such as : 4x4's, Classic Cars, Limousines, Rigid Trucks, Trailers, Agricultural Bulkers Including Tipper Body's, Tractive Units, Sledgeplates and 7.5 Ton Vehicles.

Chassis Alignment can also offer full accident repair facility's with D.J.Elbury & Son Accident Repair Specialists being on the same site, and also United Trailers Ltd, trailer manufacturers and repair specialists.

Chassis Alignment is a small dedicated family run business with a big reputation.

Chassis Alignment Ltd provide services for both light and heavy commercial vehicles, trailers, bodies, inc ejector bodies, 4x4's, farm machinery, vintage vehicles, buses & coaches.

Chassis frame repair & re-alignment is a highly specialised job calling for special skills and dedicated equipment. Chassis Alignment have both the skill and the equipment, and you can be assured we deliver first class workmanship every time.

We offer on-site chassis checks with the same accuracy as our repair workshop.
